Fused Glass is the process of melting and forming layers of glass to create art objects.

Puzzled was created using Dichroic and clear glass fused together. The puzzle pieces were all cut out and rearranged and fused together in a second firing. The third firing was to slump the piece into a gracefull bowl shape.
Upcoming Projects:
I'm currently working on a Kite Sculpture to enter in the Frederick Arts Exibit, Frederick, Colorado.
Like my Umbrella's, the idea is to recreate a beautiful, unique kite drifting in the air. The theme of the art exibit is Spirit of the Wind. I wait every spring for the snow to melt and the winds to gain speed to fly my kite. It's such a simple and fun activity that I have enjoyed for years.
